About the Role

As a C RM Administrator at Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global Salesforce platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support and maintenance services, ensuring that our users have an optimal experience with the platform.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release environment.

Your expertise in Salesforce will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, implementing new features, and ensuring that our platform remains compliant with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform
  • Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
  • Support execution of the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
  • Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
  • Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
  • 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies
  • Willingness to work onsite at McKinley West, Taguig
  • Ability to work in a mid-shift schedule
