Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the accounting, tax management, investment management, budgeting, and statutory and management reporting teams.
• Develop and implement financial policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the functions of the Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning and Analysis sections.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax provisions and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Board to prepare and monitor the annual budget.
• Prepare budget performance reports and other reports required by the Board.
• Maintain effective internal control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance, preferably with a Master's Degree in related disciplines.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a senior leadership role handling finance, accounting, financial planning, budget, and analysis, controllership, and treasury teams.

• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
• Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
