Job Title: Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual presentations that effectively communicate big ideas for brand activations, events, pop-up builds, and social media campaigns.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and high-quality visual content using various software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and InDesign. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your creativity to bring their vision to life.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute visual presentations that communicate big ideas for brand activations, events, pop-up builds, and social media campaigns.
  • Create mock-ups and visualizations in Photoshop and 3D to bring spatial and event concepts to life.
  • Design and layout creative pitch decks and presentations in InDesign/Google Slides, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling flow.
  • Develop 3D renders and spatial layouts in SketchUp or any preferred 3D rendering platform.
  • Support in building mood boards, reference decks, and concept visuals that express tone, style, and experience.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks — including signage, branded touchpoints, and digital assets.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Skilled in SketchUp or another 3D rendering platform (open to your preferred tool as long as output is strong).
  • Comfortable working with creative presentations, pitch decks, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual composition.
  • Animation or motion design experience (After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
