Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our message.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and creatives to produce innovative and engaging visual content. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop visual materials such as graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with our brand's overall aesthetic and messaging.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual elements meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and ensure all creative work adheres to this standard.
  • Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure all visual content accurately represents the message and tone intended by the copy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, illustrations, and animations that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create engaging and effective visual materials.
Project Management
  • Work with project managers and directors to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely delivery of visual content and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • An eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
