Job Title: Fullstack Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to lead the development of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and launch complex features that directly support business objectives.
  • Lead architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.
  • Develop scalable web applications and backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Maintain databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write and maintain tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.
  • Bug, monitor, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Confident using version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
