Main responsibilities include identifying potential losses, taking corrective action, articulating findings on fraudulent customer/advisor behaviors to management, and ensuring confidentiality of all customer information.
Responsibilities:You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and complying with standard operating procedures, processing OnStar member subscriptions within agreed service levels, investigating and processing credit card chargeback cases, and collaborating with the Team Leader and Supervisor in identifying people, process, and technology issues.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (fraud analysis, risk management, compliance).
- Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, decision-making accuracy, creativity, and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
