Senior Investigative Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Investigative Analyst to lead our quality assurance function within the Investigations department. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and be familiar with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data protection regulations.

  • Lead and supervise a team of QA analysts, ensuring accurate and timely reviews, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Conduct second-level reviews for factual accuracy, source-based verification, and compliance with regulatory standards; ensure documentation and referencing for criminal record checks, education verification, employment verification, litigation checks, and OSINT checks.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PBSA Audit Criteria, GDPR, and Saudi PDPL; maintain audit-ready documentation and trail logs. Ensure all QA practices align with regulatory standards, such as FCRA, ISO, GDPR, and ACFE guidelines.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for new QA analysts and investigators; monitor recurring QA errors, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistency across the QA team.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations professionally to internal stakeholders. Participate in client audits or quality discussions when required. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current QA processes and propose enhancements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining/submitting dashboards for QA performance, accuracy rates, and ageing reports.
  • Highlighting quality trends, delays, and deficiencies for senior management.
