About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in analytics to lead our analytics team and cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices, standards, and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Lead the execution of our comprehensive analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover business opportunities and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.

  • Design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure—including data pipelines, data warehouses, BI tools, and analytics platforms—to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics initiatives.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and future-proof our analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  2. Develop and manage cloud-based analytics infrastructure to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources.
  3. Build automation pipelines for streamlined deployment, testing, and maintenance of analytics systems.
  4. Create and manage ETL processes to support data monetization, modeling, mining, and dashboard development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with version control systems, modern CI/CD practices, testing, and migration tools for databases and software.
  • Familiarity with design and implementation of data pipelines to move, transform, and load data from source systems to data warehouses.
