Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to drive strategic insights and inform operational decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop insightful business recommendations
  • Design and implement statistical models to uncover drivers of performance and identify patterns
  • Build data visualizations and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into operational and client-facing insights
  • Develop applied analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling to drive business impact
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
