SOSA JB Property Management Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Technician. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This role involves working on electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems to maintain the overall condition of our properties. You will be required to perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Perform hands-on technical work, including daily routine monitoring and inspection of building plants, equipment, and common area facilities
• Conduct regular rounds and inspections to identify any issues or defects in the technical services
• Execute instructions from the immediate superior regarding matters that affect technical services
• Maintain equipment operation in accordance with energy management and conservation programs

• Graduate of a technical or vocational course
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the same industry
• Knowledge of safe methods of working and compliance with quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
