About the Role:

  • Provide timely and accurate resolution to employee receivables-related inquiries, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with various business units to optimize processes and improve collection effectiveness
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, enabling data-driven decision making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration and alignment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, collections, payroll, or finance
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, with adaptability to changing priorities and situations
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Detailed knowledge of US Payroll operations, including tax regulations and compliance requirements
  2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
