This Transformation Lead role is an Individual Contributor/Senior Manager-level position responsible for leading end-to-end Transformation activities for TaskUs.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong technical, domain and business expertise in the BPO space and its cross-functional impact. This role requires enabling different functional areas at TaskUs to deploy technology-driven solutions that address current problems and develop scalable initiatives to manage future trends, thus requiring strong mental agility to handle complex, multi-step activities and apply sound principles to solve identified gaps.

Key responsibilities include supporting Global Transformation initiatives related to Global Service Delivery & Operations, executing TaskUs' Transformation Model and partnering with Executive Stakeholders globally to achieve geo-agnostic strategies and goals, developing Technology-driven Solutions based domain and industry knowledge, and collaborating with the Global Transformation Team to proactively identify tech solutions that drive efficiencies, enhance quality, and drive operational optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An Innovator with at least 5 years of BPO experience as an Operations, WFM, Training, Data Science and/or QA Leader that handles multinational clients.
  • Knowledgeable in BPO methodologies and capable of driving domain-specific discussions related to process improvement and optimization within the organization.
  • Expertise in strategizing, building and deploying a digital strategy leveraging RPA, LLM and Generative AI solutions based on Operational needs.
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to exhibit above-average aptitude in cross-functional implementation at a global scale.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with confidence across all levels of the organization.
  • High aptitude on Stakeholder, Risk & Change Management and ability to exude a high degree of authority, confidence and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
  • Able to showcase TaskUs' Core Values and navigate stressful situations with ease.
