Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Head of Accounting Department to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership of the accounting department, including staff supervision and development
- Strategic planning and direction of accounting operations
- Implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Review and approval of financial reports and statements
- Advisory role on financial matters, including budgeting and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior accounting role
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
