Lead Software Architect

The company is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join its technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of new systems and components that drive product innovation.

  • Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission-critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Be hands-on, building high-volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies like React, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Mentor and coach other software engineers to help them grow professionally and technically.
  • Be a major contributor to agile and scrum practices, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Design and lead crucial technical projects and initiatives across teams and departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive product development forward.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience developing web applications in client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJS, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies, continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming principles, including SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, including Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Knowledge of queueing systems, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, etc.
  • Experience with front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in multiple front-end platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and API services.
  • Experience working on large-scale applications with high traffic and transaction volumes.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and project leadership.

This position requires relocation to Bangkok, Thailand, where you will work for a global company serving world markets.
