At Genfinity Philippines, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Analyst to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, loss prevention, emergency dispatch or alarm call centers. We are looking for someone who is interested in understanding the inner workings of surveillance monitoring, including the duties of calling 911 Emergency operators in the US.
This role involves reviewing actual, live events and determining the plan of action. The main function of the position is to provide home monitoring via cameras and, if necessary, intervene to warn off trespassers and potential thieves.
The core duty is to review any events that trigger our AI security systems on the perimeter of customer's homes, business and properties. If necessary, you will contact the threat via 2-way audio in the customer's perimeter, contact 911 emergency, or both to address the threat.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable using their voice to communicate with customers courteously, 911 clearly and concisely, and suspects firmly and confidently.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in communicating in stressful situations, and be able to work on various shifts and work overtime as needed.
