Marketing Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-impact marketing leadership role that requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive business growth. The successful candidate will lead and scale the company's marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Owning messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market.
  • Designing and executing campaigns that scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Partnering with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Developing case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Defining KPIs, tracking ROI, and refining strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach, comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
