Administrative Remote Team Member

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our remote team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Ad hoc administrative support will also be required across other teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely while ensuring seamless communication and task execution.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation and Design
- Design social media graphics, slides, and course visuals using Canva.
- Perform basic video edits for course and social content.
- Write content for emails, social posts, and course material.
- Courses Management and Development
- Set up and manage courses on Kajabi, update content as needed.
- Create slides for webinars and courses.
- Manage Basic LMS tasks.
- Project Management and Organization
- Use Monday.com for task tracking and team coordination.
- Manage CRM, automated messaging on Go High Level.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain them.
- Marketing and Client Management
- Manage social media presence by posting and engaging with followers.
- Set up and automate email marketing campaigns.
- Provide client support via emails, DMs, and technical assistance.
- Technical and Administrative Support
- Update the website occasionally using Kajabi.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Enter data accurately and format documents.
- Professional Attributes
- Demonstrate punctuality, proactivity, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Develop sales and reporting dashboards.
- Proven experience working as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of data entry and database management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
