**Job Overview**

Innovalite Electrical Enterprise is seeking a highly qualified Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in project execution and electrical design. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the implementation of electrical projects while ensuring efficient and compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of electrical engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Resolving on-site challenges in accordance with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
  • Supervision of leadmen/installers working on a project, including day-to-day activities and project updates.
  • Manpower allocation, including punctuality and allocation of personnel for overtime.
  • Engineering take-off for projects requiring estimates for bid or budgetary purposes.
  • Technical support to bidding and sales staff during project site visits and customer visits.
  • Development of detailed designs, schematics, and layouts for electrical systems using design software.
  • Providing innovative solutions to optimize system performance and reduce project costs.
  • Preparation of project reports, including progress updates, technical analysis, and as-built documentation.
  • Attendance at meetings with clients to address project concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Registered Electrical Engineer).
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Team player and hardworking.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical project execution and design, with a proven track record in managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in design and project management software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
