We're looking for a talented Compliance and Risk Expert to join our team. As a key player in the development of the Global KYC Digital Service, you'll contribute to socially responsible topics like Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, Fraud, Sanctions, and their global implementation across 40+ countries affecting 40 million+ ING customers.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of compliance and risk management principles, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with the Central Product Owner, leading a BusDevOps squad to deliver the product vision and roadmap in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the bank-wide compliant-by-design KYC Digital Service, integrating the KYC customer journey and services into the digital service, and ensuring alignment with other squads under the CPO and tribe.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-10 years of working experience are required. Strong analytical skills, experience working in IT and solution-driven teams, guiding and realizing change, driving initiatives with high impact, and communication, networking, and influencing skills are essential.
