Architecture and Engineering Project Support

The role involves supporting the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on creating onboarding permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage onboarding permit drawings for light, permit, and enterprise purposes.
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and provide support for sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed to meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, including modeling, families, and point cloud conversion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp to ensure compatibility and ease of use.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects, to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a remote environment to achieve common goals.
