
Drive Business Growth as a Senior Business Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and cultivate new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth;
- Identify and prioritize high-value target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services;
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
- Foster a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields;
- Expert knowledge of the German market and its dynamics;
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;
- Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges;
- Strong grasp of BPO services, industry trends, and market fluctuations;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
This is a remote role with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
