Aqualink Resources Development Inc. Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Aqualink Resources Development Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of equipment including motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, controls, valves, and related machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues using various testing methods and tools
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, engines, and compressors
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of all equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
