Key Responsibilities:
  • Choose Your Assignments: Align your missions with your personal preferences and profile to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Visit Luxury Stores or Evaluate Online: Engage with sales associates in stores or online from home, providing valuable insights into customer experience.
  • Observe Carefully: Visit boutiques, assess ambience, experience automotive showrooms, purchase online, evaluate after-sales services, or overall customer experience, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Provide Honest Feedback: Share your observations through questionnaires on our platform, offering actionable recommendations for luxury brands.
