About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Unilever's team in the Philippines as a National UniOps Director.

You will be responsible for leading our focus market cross-BU UniOps digitisation plan, business deployment, and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled outcomes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Leads the focus market cross-BU UniOps digitisation plan, business deployment.
  2. Manages business deployment, optimises performance and mitigates risks.
  3. Act as first point of contact/support for UniOps in the focus market, especially where limited BU roles are present.
  4. Ensures operational continuity.
  5. Accountable for local incident/crisis management, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, customer, other.
