Marketing Automation Specialists are highly sought after professionals who play a crucial role in streamlining marketing operations, improving efficiency, and driving business growth.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation strategies across various channels. This includes email marketing, social media, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing automated workflows to improve lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages
  • Setting up and managing UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and smooth execution
  • Maintaining data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms
  • Building dashboards and reports using data analytics tools to monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Running A/B tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance
What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environments
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
