About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to support our client's growing physical therapy practice. This full-time position will focus on sales and marketing efforts, managing client relationships, and maintaining online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a collaborative environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in various digital tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Squarespace is preferred.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines effectively. The ability to engage patients and team members in a positive and professional manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient information and interactions through our CRM system, following up with lost patients, scheduling appointments, and handling calls to maintain patient engagement.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, monitor comments and messages, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with campaign development, execution, and analysis, monitoring effectiveness and providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with the brand.
  • Maintain clinic website content, ensuring information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Organize events, workshops, and gatherings to engage the community and promote the clinic's services.
  • Analyze marketing data to support decision-making and improve strategies, tracking ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
