We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Manager to join our team at AXA Philippines. As a key member of our design department, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting business and user goals, conducting research events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evaluating deliveries against objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to prototyping and testing, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Research: Conduct behavioral in-context research events to understand user needs and preferences.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and BAs to inform and confirm design choices.
  3. Design Delivery: Prepare and present UX artifacts, such as user flows, prototypes, and wireframes, to share with the digital team and stakeholders.
  4. Tech Savviness: Understand our technology and digital products, their opportunities, and limitations.
  5. Staying Current: Keep up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2-5 years' experience in designing user-centered products.
  • Skills: Ability to distill complex information into simple components and interactions, expertise in conducting user research and usability testing, experience with Agile methodologies, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that describes your role and approach to researching and innovating user experiences.
