Job Description

A spa therapist is required to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality spa treatments in accordance with brand standards, management requirements, and local market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining the highest level of professionalism, and upholding the company's reputation.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests through personalized consultations, expertly administered treatments, and attentive service.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College graduate with a degree related to physical health
  • Diploma in Oriental Medicine or related field (preferably)
  • DOH license (preferably)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international hotel or spa brand (preferably)
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Outgoing and people-oriented
  • Motivator, self-starter, and team-builder
