Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
  • Reach monthly sales targets by generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • Must have real estate experience.
  • Must have a pleasing personality.
  • With sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and computer literate.
  • Familiar on digital marketing.
