Job Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to support our finance team at First Standard Finance Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including reclassifying accounts and updating leave cards.

  1. Reclassify accounts (ROPOA, ITL, and PPE).
  2. Update every account in Aging based on due dates.
  3. Collect loans receivable and make adjusting entries.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Bank Reconciliation and ensure bank balance equals Balance per Book.
  2. Gather CVs, JVs, and DCRS for monthly schedules of OPEX, AR, and AP.
  3. Update Leave Card and Time Keeping Summary with reference to Leave Form, Attendance Sheet, Manual Log Form, Overtime Authorization Slip, UTR Form, Request for OBTF, and Previous month approved RSO.
  4. Prepare the tardiness report.
  5. Conduct Daily Cash Count.
  6. Gather CVs, JVs, and DCRS and encode every transaction for books of accounts.
  7. Prepare Handling Roll-over.
  8. Monitor loan releases and other disbursements through the Daily Cash Position Report.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  3. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  4. Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  5. Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
  7. Action-oriented. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  8. Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and standard clerical techniques.
