We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Growth Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth by auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across various channels.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in cross-channel marketing program management, marketing funnels, and flywheels to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large sets of campaigns and/or clients, as well as a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook, and other self-serve platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Determining budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
  • Channel Coordination: Working with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
  • Research and Analysis: Learning about prospective clients, industries, verticals, similar clients, competitors, ideal customer profiles, sentiment, etc.
  • Forecasting and Projections: Pressure testing forecasts and ensuring projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
  • Familiarity with earned media channels
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack
