Lead Generation Manager

We're seeking an experienced lead generation manager to develop and execute proactive marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and brand awareness across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends and buying behaviour for assigned territories.
  • Create multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and events to generate leads.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates and thought leadership pieces.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Track and report campaign performance using metrics like open rates and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in generating leads and outbound marketing, preferably in the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Results-driven experience liaising with high-ranking company officials (CXOs).
  • Account-based marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Experience using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • CRM software expertise (Pipedrive) is advantageous.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive client relationships.
  • Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in Business English.
