This role involves the strategic integration of various business systems to enhance operational efficiency and consistency. Key areas include leveraging technology tools, especially Salesforce, to improve reporting and automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues quickly.
  • Provide technical onboarding for new team members, including email and Salesforce access, as well as training on dashboards, CRM, and internal systems.
  • Schedule and send regular EDMs; monitor engagement performance and flag underperforming lists via Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Present weekly reports on CRM usage and advisor performance metrics; track key KPIs across the sales floor.
  • Ensure seamless functionality of Salesforce and connected tools; collaborate with internal teams and external developers to optimize processes.
  • Propose at least two system improvements per quarter; lead idea sessions and test potential workflow enhancements.
Work Environment & Expectations:

This is a full-time position with fixed shift times, requiring discipline and commitment to set working hours, use of time tracking software during work hours, consistent availability and responsiveness during your shift.
