Job Description

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with our software development team to ensure high-quality products are delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and preventing potential production issues early in the development process.

Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate potential production issues through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Testing Processes: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, feature qc, platform qc, bulk test, completeness test, interruption test, resource usage test, network connection test, translation testing, etc.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with leads and other team members to determine testing priorities, effort estimates, and track and report progress.
  • Documentation: Write detailed test plans, test cases, and usage scenarios to be used for testing and other documentations as required.
  • Test Environment: Prepare the test environment and test data for efficient testing.
  • Automated Testing: Assist in the implementation of automated testing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • No Prior Experience Required: Onsite training shall be provided.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome: We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Development Experience: Prior experience in a software development project or environment is desirable.
  • Mobile Device Experience: Familiarity with mobile devices, specifically iOS (iPads, iPhones), Android (tablets, phones), Windows (desktop, Surface Pro) and/or Mac (MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iMac, Mac Pro), is beneficial.
  • Software Quality Control Experience: Experience in software quality control processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Technological Knowledge: Exposure to software/hardware/network technologies is highly valued.
Key Skills
  • Degree Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science/Engineering/Programming, Information Technology, Information Systems related course; or Bachelors degree in any course but willing to pursue a career in IT.
  • Personality Traits: A proactive, resilient individual with a positive attitude who is motivated to succeed.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, good verbal and written communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, attention to details, strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is HKD $25,000 - HKD $35,000 per month.
