Enhancing Client Satisfaction

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our client experience efforts, driving success and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Resolve complex issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional support to team members.
  • Lead a high-performing team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring seamless recruitment, induction, and training processes.
  • Develop and enhance client experience pathways, analyzing data to inform enhancements and drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and outsourcing, managing handovers and providing comprehensive training.
  • Oversee Net Promoter Score surveys and responses, monitoring results and implementing initiatives to increase the score.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role or client experience management.
  • Proven track record of supervising others in a virtual setting.
  • Strong comprehension of client service best practices.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant product offerings.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical skills in CRM platforms, Helpscout Mail, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different situations.
