
Senior Client Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our client experience efforts, driving success and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will:
- Resolve complex issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional support to team members.
- Lead a high-performing team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring seamless recruitment, induction, and training processes.
- Develop and enhance client experience pathways, analyzing data to inform enhancements and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities for automation and outsourcing, managing handovers and providing comprehensive training.
- Oversee Net Promoter Score surveys and responses, monitoring results and implementing initiatives to increase the score.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role or client experience management.
- Proven track record of supervising others in a virtual setting.
- Strong comprehension of client service best practices.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant product offerings.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical skills in CRM platforms, Helpscout Mail, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Ability to adapt and respond to different situations.
