Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Processor to join our growing team. As a Contract Processor, you will work alongside an Account Executive in the commercial mortgage brokerage space, assisting in organizing and managing all aspects of the lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  2. Understand the necessary documents required from clients and communicate effectively with the Account Executive regarding document requirements.
  3. Assist in managing and organizing lender conditions to ensure they are sent, tracked, and processed in a timely manner.
  4. Handle email correspondence and ensure all communication is accurate and timely.
  5. Work within the LendingWise software platform to manage processing tasks.
  6. Communicate via Slack with team members and clients to provide updates, ask questions, and share information.
  7. Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines, working efficiently to meet time-sensitive demands.
  8. Use your math background to assist with calculations or verification of figures related to mortgage processing.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in mortgage banking or the commercial mortgage industry is highly preferred.
  2. Solid understanding of lending processes and document management.
  3. Familiarity with LendingWise software is a plus.
  4. Strong math skills for handling mortgage calculations and verifying figures.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Proficient in using Slack and email management systems for efficient collaboration.
  7. Must be able to work during US Timezone hours and adapt to a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  8. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with attention to detail.
