As a skilled linguist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between individuals with diverse linguistic backgrounds. This position involves interpreting conversations between callers and emergency operators in real-time, ensuring that both parties understand each other accurately.

This role requires fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, as well as the ability to work from home in a quiet and secure environment. You must also possess a mobile phone with Android 12 or iOS 15 and be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, within a 24-hour schedule.

In addition to your technical skills, this position demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in this field, covering topics such as interpreting techniques, cultural awareness, and communication strategies.
