Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at SJDM- Muzon Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with hospital standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care while adhering to compliance standards
  • Recognize patient needs and prioritize accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Assist patients with lifting and positioning
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Work closely with Nursing Attendant to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Participate in regular performance evaluations and salary increases

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Professional Nurse
  • With or without bedside experience welcome to apply
  • Preferred but not required: CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
  • Willing to work 6 days per week with shifting hours
