The Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing comprehensive client shareholder reports, including data gathering, analysis, and final report generation, ensuring precision and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Shareholder Reports: Prepare detailed reports on client shareholders, incorporating data from various sources, including the banking/brokerage community, investment managers, and publicly available documents.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify institutional shareholders, adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.
  • Share Registry Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of share registries across multiple listed stock exchanges.
  • Process Evaluation: Contribute to the evaluation of operational processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in preparing shareholder identification reports is essential.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of global financial markets, including key trends, regulations, and major stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a keen ability to work with numbers and solve complex problems.
