About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conducting variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, as well as managing the accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting position.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
  • A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
