The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the preparation of accurate financial reports, compliance with accounting principles, and effective management of the general ledger and key accounts.

This position requires a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a professional who can provide financial guidance to optimize operations, capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations, while ensuring compliance with local and national government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring they comply with accounting principles
  • Budgeting: Producing the annual budget and providing monthly forecasts
  • Accounting: Managing the accounting, general ledger, and key accounts of MHI
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and national government requirements
  • Auditing: Working with external auditors and providing information for the annual audit

Requirements:

  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Prior experience as a Controller or similar role
  • Handled multiple business units
  • Proficient in MS Office
