As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and teams within the organization. This role involves leading by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner via designated support tools.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues, thoroughly documenting investigative steps, conclusions, and remediation strategies.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Audit, coach, and train junior staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a top financial institution. They should possess in-depth knowledge of US banking regulations as it pertains to risk management and be proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, with basic SQL knowledge being a strong advantage.
