As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in measuring and optimizing our digital marketing performance, driving improvements in user engagement, conversion rates, and overall online ROI. We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Performance Analyst. With a focus on delivering a best-in-class online presence, you will partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business/digital objectives, initiatives, and online optimization.

The digital marketing landscape is fast-paced, and this role will report into the specified Regional Digital Marketing leader.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to measure and optimize digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive better results.
  2. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  4. Providing operational support to marketing teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing assets and materials.

About You:

  • A highly analytical individual with a track record in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to measure and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on driving improvements in user engagement, conversion rates, and overall online ROI.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, utilizing them to create clear and compelling visualizations of digital marketing performance.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications, or 3+ years related experience.
