About the Role:

Dunsk Kuhner Corp is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Expert to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand across various product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical consumption patterns and projected requirements to develop accurate demand plans
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain planners and materials planners to ensure efficient inventory allocation and consumption
  • Capture, consolidate, and analyze demand plans from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling forecast analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead project forecasting efforts based on project pipeline reviews with relevant teams
  • Maintain high demand plan accuracy by monitoring forecast errors and implementing corrective actions
  • Utilize data analytics and supply chain tools to review demand plans and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with supply planning to maintain inventory levels that meet cash flow targets
  • Drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) for demand and supply analysis, identifying issues and risks, and coordinating action items
  • Regularly analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and propose actions to enhance performance
  • Monitor supply chain issues and identify their impact on demand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Familiarity with planning different supply chain management scenarios (make-to-order, make-to-stock)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in planning systems and excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
