Performance Manager for Fabric Cleaning Category


The primary objective of this role is to oversee the total fabric cleaning business, accounting for 80% of the total market share. This includes Surf CPGs: powders, liquids and bars. The Performance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end P&L management, category strategy, and brand marketing plans.


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the health, performance, and profitability of the HC Surf Fabclean business. This includes top-line sales delivery, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management.
  • Leads weekly project task force meetings to monitor brand operations and ensure agreed deployment plans are progressing as planned OTIF.
  • Participates in monthly S&OP cycles, including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for growth and development within the NRM and PPA frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management or Customer Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of business or category planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Amenable to a fixed-term contract role for 6 months.
