Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
  • Minimal waste and optimized costs.
  • Compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Sustainable sourcing of ingredients.

To achieve these KPIs, the Supply Chain Head will:

  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain efforts with restaurant goals.
  • Develop and implement effective demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve supply issues quickly.
  • Analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency and cost savings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
  • 10+ years in supply chain management preferably in the Local FMCG, restaurant or foodservice industry.
  • Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and purchasing, along with strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of inventory systems, food safety, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
