On-Site Monitoring:
  1. Evaluate and validate change orders or extra work requests to prevent cost overruns
  2. Process contract billings through our Sapphire Billing Management System to facilitate timely payment to contractors
Post-Construction Activities:
  1. Prepare contract closure amendments, including the issuance of certificates of completion and final acceptance
  2. Manage the preparation of piece-meal contracts as needed

We require a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Engineer roles. You should be willing to work in Alabang Muntinlupa and have all necessary requirements ready for immediate deployment.
