Global Social Marketing Manager

This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving engagement and growing followers on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Lead the creation of content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategy.
  • Ideation and Analysis:
    • Conceptualize and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Oversee community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media activations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Present regular reports to leadership on social media performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth on social media.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
