Quality Assurance Leadership

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will spearhead the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.

They are a strong communicator and collaborator who can effectively work with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
  • Lead the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
