Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your primary focus will be on developing visually stunning designs for our clients' channels. You will work closely with the client's brand guidelines to produce designs that accurately reflect their brand identity.

You will be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution. This includes brainstorming ideas, sketching out concepts, and presenting final designs to clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for design and conception. You should have a deep understanding of layout, typography, and idea generation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a digital agency
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
  • Consistent record of taking on, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off
  • Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of design collateral
  • Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships
  • Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery while simultaneously influencing clients with your ideas and conceptual creativity
  • Extensive experience in photo manipulation
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus
  • On and offline design experience with an emphasis on digital
  • Retouching experience and skills to a mid-level
